Telekenetic Prank Makes Coffee Shop Customers Jumpier Than Normal

By Geekasms @geekasms

A group of people put together a staged prank as a promotion for the upcoming Carrie remake which hits theaters Oct. 18th.  The coffee shop in question was ‘Snice Café in New York City’s West Village, which was rigged with a faux wall, mobile tables and books which moved via remote control, giving the appearance that a woman who was angry over spilled coffee had telekinetic powers.

My favorite part of the video is how, people jump and are startled when she pushes the guy up against the wall and levitates him, its not until she moves the tables that people actually take off scared.  It’s almost like “whoa!  is that girl somehow holding that guy up against the wall?   Oh shit!  Bitch moves tables with her mind, get the hell outta my way!!”
