I can remember my first pair of Converse so well. I was 13 and totally OVER the moon when Mom and Dad decided to buy them as a surprise for me. They were 'sneaker white' with baby pink gingham on the inner tongue and along the famous star and arrow, I felt totally bad ass in them (do not ask me why, I don't think you could of got a more girlie pair of trainers if you tried!) I wore them until they were left in tatters and it was heartbreaking when I had to eventually throw them out. I'm not a trainer person, the only time I wear trainers is if I'm off to Pilate's, and trust me that hasn't been for a while! Whilst I was strolling around Bournemouth at the weekend we popped into various shoe shops in an attempt to purchase some new heels. Whilst going into Office I really couldn't help but admire the Converse on display and at one point found myself cradling a scarlet red pair. Jen from 'The Style Crusader' raves about how much she lives and cherishes her Converse and up until last weekend, I'd forgotten how preppy cool and comfy they really are. So next on my Christmas list! *please Santa*... a pair of red classic converse, size 5.
