Throughout baseball, many kids are taught to keep their heads as still as possible. Unfortunately, when you watch good players play the game, they will often move their head quite a bit. The concept of “keeping your head still” has more to do with keeping your eyes level and not keeping your head completely still. In today’s video post, I show how taking your head to the ball can benefit players in a variety of situations in baseball.
