In simple terms Sustainability is defined as the process of people maintaining change in a balanced environment, in which the exploitation of resources, the direction of investments, the orientation of technological development and institutional change are all in harmony and enhance both current and future potential to meet human needs and aspirations.

Sustainable living is the practice of reducing one's demand on natural resources by making sure that they replace what they use to the best of your ability. Sometimes that can mean not choosing to consume a product that is made using practices that don’t promote sustainability, and sometimes it means changing how they do things so that they can start becoming more of an active part of the cycle of life.
We as responsible human beings can make certainlifestyle changes as our contribution towards this worldwide effort.
