Supplements for Women

If you are training or want to make a serious lifestyle change, there are some supplements that are beneficial for women . My daily supplement intake includes:

3 Fish oil’s 

2 BCAA’s 

3 CLA’s

2 Green Tea vitamins

1 Multivitamin  

The fish oil, green tea, and CLA are used for the “fight against fat.”

BCAA is used for muscle recovery

Multivitamin should always be taken to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
