Cooking Light can teach you how to stir fry a variety of meats and vegetables, so I’ll leave technique to them. Today I’m sharing a collection of flavorful stir fry recipes that satisfy my need for an easy meal packed with protein, a sweet or savory sauce, and colorful vegetables.
