Super Real Estate Agent 2014

I got the following email message in my inbox this week...

Mpls.St.Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business have teamed up to present the twelfth annual list of Super Real Estate Agents (SREA); a title designated to only 3-5% of all licensed real estate agents in Minnesota.

This makes the seventh year in a row that I have been awarded this honor, and I am just as proud of it this year as I was when I first received it in 2008.

What makes me proud of this award is that it isn't based on sales volume... it is based on nominations from people who have actually worked with the agents, accompanied by a personal assessment of the agent based on the following criteria:

  • Customer service
  • Integrity
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication
  • Negotiation
  • Closing preparation
  • Finding the right home
  • Marketing of home
  • Overall customer satisfaction

Last year's list represented about 7% of all Minnesota agents... this year's list represents 4-5%. I always recognize the name of other professional, dedicated agents on the list. It is a privilege to work together, providing exceptional service to buyers and sellers each and every day.
