Hey guys! I’ve gotten a few comments/e-mails saying Maren… you’re on a blogging spree! and you know what?! It’s 100% true.
At the end of 2011 I was having a hard time getting my blogging time in with work during the day and basketball practices or games at night. And you know, that’s not okay with me because I really love blogging for all the great friends I’ve made, all the awesome advice I get, and because it keeps me motivated.
Part of my Get Fit in 2012 New Year theme is to blog more regularly because blogging keeps me accountable and motivated to get my bootay in gear. Hopefully I can find a way to get at least 2 blog posts done a day, maybe 3 on days I don’t have work.
Get ready for a lot more regular and more frequent fun here on this blog.
Breakfast
I’ve discovered the bulk packages of little bacon ends. It’s awesome because I can get my little bacon fix.
I think about 2 slices of bacon (4 of my little ends), 1 fried egg, 1 slice of rudi’s gf whole grain bread with jam and 2 clementine oranges. 1 mug awake tea with almond milk.
A rule, when you make bacon you must fry the egg in the bacon fat! It’s just gotta happen. It’s emotionally healthy for me.
I believe emotional health is just as important as your body’s health. A little bacon fat never hurt anyone……………… moderation.According to my 1/2 Marathon training schedule I have to choose between running 2 miles or cross training. Such a decision, I think I’ll go with my mood this afternoon at fitness time.
