Hey beauty and fitness lovers! Please share any fitness and health tips that you find effective. Also, if you have any healthy recipes please share them too! This week is a quick Sunday Share. I just want to pop in and share some of my favorite strength training moves. Strength training is so important in weight-loss and for your health in general. Strength training builds muscle so that you burn more calories throughout the day. I know I definitely want to build more muscle, so I can burn more calories without having to do anything. Strength training also tones and shapes your body so that you look healthy. What are your favorite strength training moves? Keep reading to find out some of my top strength training exercises. I try to do these moves every single day! I do 3 sets of 20 reps. They really are great moves and I can definitely feel them working my body. Let me know what are your favorite strength training exercises.
