I know it’s supposed to be Spring and the weather is supposed to reflect that with sunshine and warm temperatures, but lately we in London have been hit with a cold front. Freezing gusty winds even on a sunny Spring-like Sunday. Gloves not optional, but mandatory! Colder weather always makes me crave for a steaming hot bowl of soup – preferably a hearty kind. Anything from a classic Pea and Ham Soup to more exotic Thai Curry Noodle Soup will do the trick and warm you up! Most of the soups are really easy to make as well, so you can have a great lunch ready in no time.
