January is a Smoothies Month in my calendar. I don’t know about you, but I always feel a bit bloated and overindulged after the holiday season hence come January 2nd (ok, maybe January 5th) I immediately think of smoothies. Colourful and full of natural goodness smoothies! I tend to go for the basic and simple banana, strawberry and orange juice kinda smoothie, but lately I have been trying to get to like those vibrant green ones as well. There’s so much variety – just use your imagination! How bad can it be? Ok, I have had my share of supposedly fabulous smoothie ideas which have been discarded after the first sip. But I never give up experimenting with smoothies! So get those blenders out and join me in January The Smoothie Month!
