Strawberry Popsicle Recipe

I have had so much fun using my new Zoku popsicle maker.  In fact, it's the reason behind the Summer Popsicle Series.  I have always made popsicles, but nothing compares to the almost instant gratification you get with this!
I am a big fan of strawberries.  I love eating them plain, in a pie, in ice cream, with a chocolate coating, in a smoothie, in a pina colada, and in popsicles!  This recipe doesn't take much, and you will have enough to make three full popsicles if you have the larger Zoku maker like I do.

Strawberry Popsicle Recipe

You should try this recipe even if you don't have a Zoku.  These are divine!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp whole milk
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp Chobani plain greek yogurt
  • 8 medium to large strawberries, blended well
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Mix all of your ingredients well, pour into your popsicle maker, and let freeze.  Serve to all of the people you love, because they will REALLY love you when they get a taste of this!
