Summer Popsicle Series - Banana Split Recipe

Picture Summer Popsicle Series - Banana Split Recipe I don't know about you, but one of my all time favorite desserts is a Banana Spilt.  I love the mixture of the fudge, bananas, ice cream, strawberries, and everything else with it!  It is hands down my favorite summertime dessert.
I have been thinking about these a lot lately, so I decided it was time to make one, and change things up a bit!  What I came up with is the tastiest popsicle, EVER! It's like having your favorite dessert on a stick, YUM!
Here is what you will need:
  • banana
  • 6oz. plain greek yogurt
  • fudge
  • strawberries
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • nuts (if you like)

To make the Banana Split popsicle, mix 3Tbsp water, half of a banana, and 6oz. of plain greek yogurt.  Whisk and mix these up until you have a creamy consistency.  I allowed a few chunks of banana to remain, mostly because I like the taste of cold bananas! Place into your popsicle mold and allow to freeze.
Once your popsicles are ready, cover in fudge and top with a strawberry and some nuts.  You could even dab a little whipped cream on top if you wanted!
Thank you for following along with the Summer Popsicle Series.  I hope you have enjoyed these recipes as much as I have.
