The eyeliner is black in color and really jet black I mean. It is liquidy of course but dries quickly into a semi matte finish which I like.The wand is really interesting which makes it stand apart from other eyeliners I may have tried before. It is stiff but bends as well to create that perfect eye liner look. A person like me praising this eyeliner is something you need to take note of as I only use pencil eyeliners. It stays on for 5- 7 hours or whole day but can have a tendency to flake especially if you rub your eyes.
