Style Swap Tuesdays- the Under $100 Stripe Dress You Need This Fall

The world of blogging is very influential and it certainly gives you shopping tendencies. There are occasions when a popular influencer is wearing a trendy piece, which is unique in true sense and coincidently happens to be affordable too, that piece would become viral and then every micro-influencer would be seen rocking that particular piece. The style and aesthetics would vary across different feeds of course, but that piece would be spotted pretty much everywhere.
I try to steer clear of such pieces, coz I propogate uniqueness and believe in investing in more classic styles versus trendier pieces, but this dress, first seen on a blogger that I follow, had me reconsider my stance. Initially, I resisted but eventually I caved in and I have no regrets. I had to say yes to this trendy dress coz it:

is striped- I have never come across a stripe dress that I don't like
has an open back
has a front slit: even better to show off my long gams... LOL !
is a midi length but I would say more like a maxi on me
has full sleeves which makes it a good transition piece ( just throw over a jacket and voila !)
above all, it is under a $100- win win for my wallet and my wardrobe too.
