Style Swap Tuesdays- Bermuda Shorts

Bermuda shorts are a summer must-have in every closet. Truth be told, my outfit for the day is inspired from the Ralph Lauren's recent window display. The mannequin was clad in all over black and white Bermuda shorts, blouse and a long vest topped off the look. I stood there, for a good five minute, gazing at the window, brainstorming a recreation using my closet pieces.  
Bermuda shorts is popping everywhere, in all colors and patterns. But I am the old-school-types, and like to keep it on-point with my reliable shorts from Aeropostale, that I've had for almost six years now and amazingly they still look new. Well, I am guilty of shopping in the juniors department, but when you have a flat-butt problem, shopping at junior department is permitted and justified too. What say???? Anyways, I was able to pull out the right pieces from my closet, which BTW has lots of sartorial love to bestow....lol! 
I love the ease of the look. I wore it with some wedges for this shoot, but later substituted them with some canvas loafers, for a more practical look! When paired with a tee and flats, Bermuda shorts make for the coolest weekender look. Need and instant face-lift??? ;  thrown on a feminine blouse and some quirky wedges, and you'll be ready for a night out.
