Windowpane print aka an exaggerated check pattern, has been popping up everywhere. From jackets, to tops, to skirts and even shoes, this print seems to be making a huge sartorial impact. I'd be lying if I said I don't love it!
My closet is like a treasure chest, it never ceases to surprise me. Every time I dig deep into it, I get surprised. This top was the outcome of one of these closet hunts. I have had this for almost three years now and I am glad to be reunited with it.
In anticipation of the happy colors that will be in for spring, I wanted to pair my windowpane top with both a pastel and a jewel. Mint and coral together have been a hot color trend and my first attempt at this mix was worth it! To tone down the loudness of the look which includes the coral clutch, I went ahead with keeping my shoes simple but printed, after all a girl who loves prints has her priorities. Overall a fun #springforward look.......what say ??
