This summer was filled with dresses and skirts, so I wanted to continue this trend as we say goodbye to the hot weather. My friend Jessica Rey, founder of Rey Swimwear, saw me wear one of my go-to skirts and told me that she has the exact same one! She suggested wearing it as a dress to mix it up (us short girls can get away with that), so I thought I’d try it by cinching it with a belt I got at the clothing swap party. Here I paired it with an eggplant-color cardigan vest, taking this summer piece into fall.
