What a yummy surprise!!
It was a Thursday evening and I was busy preparing our home for a houseguest who happens to be Gluten-Free and Vegan. And to my surprise I received a package of chocolates (well I knew it was coming) but didn’t know it was coming today. This wonderful package contained 8 #Gluten-Free / #Dairy Free / #Soy Free Chocolate bars – 2 of each flavor. A treat I can offer my guest (and enjoy for myself!). Hurray!
The first flavor I would try was the Salty Almond 60%. Oh what a treat – these practically melted in my mouth. The flavor and texture was so pleasing, with an amazing mouthfeel – slight crunch but melded with a creaminess that truly lit my tastebuds with delight.
OKAY – I am a chocolate lover – but not that of the waxy, highly processed junk bars so many of us see an abundance of at Halloween. No – it’s gotta be fine chocolate made with simple, ingredients, no fillers and no weird chemical additives. The fewer ingredients, the better. And #Organic, even better.
