Heart disease is one of the most threatening diseases in women. There are many lifestyle issues that add to some health risks when you are above 30. It was earlier researched that smoking and obesity are the common issues that cause serious health issues but now more than any other risk factor; low physical activity and laziness are the main problems that can be blamed. No physical activity is another major contributor to heart disease than any other reason in women who are above 30 years of age. Earlier smoking was considered as the cause that caused heart disease in women aged between 22 to 27 but it has been studies that these women after the age of 30 dropped off this habit and become inactive and hence after the data that was gathered from the survey participants that gave surprising results.
Heart disease is the biggest women killer in the world and no physical activity is one of the biggest causes that lead to it. If these survey results can ramp up the activity levels and women around the world, then the death rate due to the heart disease can be reduced.
