When I was a young adult (wink!) living in Finland I used to drink this cocktail called Dennis the Menace. Most of us ‘youngsters’ in the nineties enjoyed quite a lot of them – at least where I come from.

So the other day whilst reminiscing about my first full-time job (which was a bartender and a waitress at a local hotspot) I started thinking that maybe I could come up with a similar drink but a bit more ‘mature’ and ‘adult’ version. I present you Springtini Martini!

Served stirred, not shaken!

Springtini Martini
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Makes: 2 cocktails
Ingredients:
50 ml Vodka
25 ml Dry Vermouth (Noilly Prat)
100 ml Midori Melon Liqueur
100 ml milk
Ice
Directions:
Fill two martini glasses with ice. In a cocktail shaker stir together vodka, Midori and Noilly Prat with ice. Add milk. Gently but thoroughly stir with a long spoon. Empty the martini glasses. Evenly split the Springtini Martini between the two martini glasses making sure that the ice stays in the cocktail shaker. Serve immediately.
