If I bought one Adidas for Stella McCartney piece for every gym I have joined in Wellington, I think I'd have a pretty neat workout set. The truth is, I hate gyms. It took quite some time before I could admit that to myself but actually, it's okay. I've pinned down my preferred ways of burning calories and it really came down to some pretty granny forms of exercise: aqua jogging / doggy paddling in the slow lane, walking, yoga and beginner Blogilates anything. Now if only I did those things with consistency...
