Directions Cook bacon until crispy, remove from pan, and chop.Drain some of the bacon grease, and brown the ground beef in the same pan {adds so much flavor!}Add 1/2 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Arrange a eggroll wrap in a diamond shape. Brush water on it... if it isn't wet, it won't fry correctly.Fill the wrap with a spoon full of the meat mixture, and sprinkle with cheese. Tuck the bottom part of the 'diamond' and roll. Heat oil, and fry until browned. *if you bake, try brushing them with egg wash and baking at 350 until brown*
These are amazeballz with ketchup, and are just as tasty re-heated. It's a perfect appetizer for a summer get-together as an alternative to making burgers on the grill. #wedonthaveagrill
