Before the weekend ends and to pause from thinking of awards season for a while, I thought it’s okay to rewind for a while. A couple of days ago, I caught Bridget Jones’s Diary on TV. Every time it airs, I have to stop and watch even for just several minutes, since it’s such a likeable movie. Also, it’s guarantee to make me laugh. It’s known (and will) be today’s classic romantic comedy. It speaks to women in general, it’s how Bridget’s figure is.

The soundtrack is filled with tracks and covers of everlasting romantic songs, soulfully performed by oldies and today’s well-known artists. The songs are easy to listen, easy to listen in every age. It’s a good album to pick if you search for romantic mood. I like the sequel, Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason (2004) songs better, especially these songs :

Jamie Cullum – Everlasting Love

Amy Winehouse – Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow

Will Young – Your Love is King
