The next challenger is both an accomplished singer and actress, she’s been studying music since the age of 4 and in her career to date she has opened for Kenny Chesney, Doc Walker and Trooper and has performed for Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Gene Simmons (of KISS fame in case you didn’t know). We’ve had the pleasure of seeing MacKenzie Porter perform live twice (Capital Hoedown 2011 and Boots and Hearts 2013) and it’s been incredible watching this young star grow and witness her career take shape. Her latest single “If You Ask Me To” becomes our latest challenger in the #SoundOff.
The key question as we head into the voting is will you vote for MacKenzie if she asks you too or will you stick with Kalsey Kulyk as she fights to enter the #SoundOff Hall of Fame?
