The Sony Xperia Tablet S is available in 16GB, 32GB or 64GB version, with or without 3G. The tablet includes a 9.4-inch IPS display, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, a quad-core processor, a microSD card reader, two cameras and a separate folded magazine design.

The Sony Xperia Tablet S features 9.4 inch display with a resolution of 1,280 by 800 pixels and Sony uses its own TruBlack technology with IPS wide viewing angles and high brightness.
