Sony has revealed a new version of their SmartWatch, but this time a lot improved. It is a perfect solution for those on the constant move who are busy and have no opportunity to keep the mobile phone with them all the time.

In recent years, Sony has been among one of the leaders in the field of mobile technology and now they have decided go a step forward with this amazing watch. The SmartWatch 2 represents an innovation the field of technology, since it is a first watch to have NFC support which allows you to pair it with your Android device. Within a 10- meter distance, the SmartWatch 2 can transmit the messages from your mobile phone on its LCD 1.6-inch screen with a resolution of 220 x 176 pixels. The screen is also trans-reflective which means it works even better in sunlight.

Apart from NFC the SmartWatch 2 is also equipped with Bluetooth 3.0 and it comes with some amazing pre-installed apps, but there are more apps that you can download for your smartphone. In terms of autonomy, the SmartWatch 2 has improved battery life so now it can be charged via micro USB. Once recharged, the battery can last up to five days. Finally, the SmartWatch 2 has a high level of resistance – IP57, which means it is dust and water resistant.

According to the Japanese manufacturer, the SmartWatch 2 will be available worldwide from September 2013, but the price still remains unknown.
