Sony has announced that it will hold its CES 2015 press conference on January 5, and we can expect to see a number of new devices then. Sony’s keeping quiet about the upcoming hardware, but it will most likely feature both cell phones and wearable technology.
What will we see at CES 2015?
Well, Sony Xperia Z4 rumors have already started to go around the Web, but they’ve mostly been linked to the Mobile World Congress 2015. However, anything’s possible. Some of the rumors include a 5.5” display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixel, and a Snapdragon 810 processor.
We might also get to see Sony’s smart eyewear, because the company has mentioned that it’s planning to have a working prototype by early 2015. Rumor has it that the smart eyewear will come with the so-called Inception Glasses tech. The Inception Glasses will be able to make buildings transparent, and they’ll make it easier for, e.g. drivers to navigate around big cities or for newcomers or tourists to explore a city with ease.
At CES 2014, Sony displayed its concept for the Smart Lifelog Camera, which was later on confirmed for production, so we can expect Sony to announce it at CES 2015. The Lifelog camera is a small device that you clip to your clothes or hang around your neck, that then records your daily activities and makes Sony’s Lifelog app more interesting.
As soon as we have more info about Sony’s new gadgets, we’ll let you know!
