SONS OF ANARCHY SPOILERS...BIG ONES

The answer to Tuesday's Trivia Question: Eldon was Murphy Brown's painter. Apparently Robert Pastorelli, the actor who played him, died of a drug overdose. I sort of think I knew that and forgot it. Thanks for reminding me guys.

Sons of Anarchy Finale
SPOILER ALERT-BIG TIME!
I'm sure that all the MC business that went down in the first hour of the season finale will matter at some point. The Mayans killing some of Marx's guys and setting up the MC for the hit. Nero telling Jax he knew the truth and dumping Jemma and then taking his place at the table with the Mayans and the Chinese.  All that had to happen for the final upcoming season. It was the 2nd hour of the finale that was crazy.  HOLY SH*T. Just when we thought the story was going one way, it completely turned upside down. I actually felt okay with Jax making a deal with Patterson (and Tara).  I really thought he'd be in prison next season but doing what was right for his boys. Dun dun dun...not at all what went down. In addition to being dumped by Nero, Jemma thought Tara ratted out the club out. So she got wasted, took poor Wayne's truck and went to do what she does...clean. But when Tara walked in Jemma went inSANE! Smashing her with an iron, drowning her in dirty dish water and then stabbing her skull with a giant serving fork. I mean who does that? You have to be pretty strong to get a serving fork into someones skull. Ya think things couldn't get worse but Sheriff Eli told Jemma that Tara didn't even rat and that Jax turned himself in to keep Tara and the boys safe. Not a good day for Jemma at all. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL FOLKS.  Juice ended up killing Eli before he could call it in, cleaning up the mess, and sending Jemma somewhere (no idea where) to take a shower. Didn't see that coming at all. I guess it's the only way to prove to Jax that he CAN be trusted. I mean where's Juice going other than a box in the ground at this point? See Kurt, you don't need a montage to end an episode. You did a great job without one. I can't even believe Tara and Eli are dead. Jax is going to be a mess next season, plus now he also has child care and finding a good doctor on his plate in addition to everything else. Oh and a dishwasher might be a good idea too. Maybe if the sink wasn't filled with dirty dishwater Tara would have had a shot.
The Goldbergs
C'mon you guys, you had to be laughing out loud during last nights episode of The Goldbergs. I mean Barry and his KaratAY demonstration was absolutely hilarious. Adam in the panty hose as the intruder? Toooo funny. Can anyone tell me the SNL alum who played the drama teacher? I loved the Hong Kong Phooey reference, the Fila track suit, seeing General Hospital's original opening, and the reminder of my favorite Benetton blue and white rugby. Was Bev not awesome last night? Wendi McClendon-Covey must go insane from all the costume changes and the Farrah hair, but don't you just want a Bev Goldberg in your life? The undying love and support crossed with the insanity? C'mon, she rules. Did you see the look on her face watching her kids on stage? That was with the Mom goggles off!  I love that term "Mom goggles."
American Country Awards
I love a good award show, you guys know this about me already. I do also love country music but man there are an awful lot of country music awards shows aren't there?  Last night was the ACAs. This show was created in 2010 by the FOX Network. The awards are voted online by the fans. The CMAs  began in 1967 and are voted on by 7,100 industry professional members of the Country Music Academy. Then there's the ACMAs. These started in 1964 and currently are under the Dick Clark umbrella. Fans vote on this one too, but honestly I'm not sure what the difference is between this one and the ACA's other than it's been around a lot longer. Last but certainly not least is another fan based show, the CMTs. This one's like the MTV VMA's but for Country music.  So I'm sort of guessing that it's the CMA's that have the most prestige in Country music. Keep in mind there's also The Grammys, The American Music Awards and the Billboard Music Awards. For a genre that's supposed to be so down to earth, grounded and "real" the Country music people sure  like to congratulate themselves quite a bit.  Maybe they all have really low self esteem and just need lots of reassurance? Can you imagine how many outfits they need for all these shows and red carpets? Way more than pop/rock singers. This show wasn't that great, but any show that honors Brad Paisley is fine by me. Love that guy.

NEWS & INFORMATION:

-Tosh.O on Comedy Central is really funny, but it's not my thing at all. For all of you who's thing it is, you'll be happy to know that Daniel will be back for not 1, not 2 but 3 more seasons.
-If the I Heart Radio One Direction special wasn't enough for you on Monday night, ( it wasn't for me. I've watched it twice already) then check out the One D special on E! tonight for more Zayn, more Louie, more Niall, more Harry and more Liam. I think I just listed them in the order in which I love them. Actually I may love Harry more than Niall, but it's close. If you think I'm joking...I'm not. I LOVE ONE D!
-Everyone told me I'd love Happy Endings but the few times I watched it I didn't find it that funny. Now it's going to air on VH1 starting with a New Years Eve marathon. I actually do have plans this year for NYE, but maybe I'll DVR it. All depends on all the other marathons that it will be up against. I'll have those for you soon.
Wednesday's Trivia Question: Megan Mulally will be joining Sean Hayes for a little Karen and Jack Will & Grace reunion on Sean Saves the World. Who played Grace's Mom on Will & Grace?
