Cue my son Charlie’s inspired recipe for dairy free “cheesy” oat crackers. I featured this a few weeks ago but thought it was worth posting again since its ridiculously easy to knock up.
3 cups Quaker oats (they’re gluten free)
Pinch of rock salt
Whizz in a food processor until you have oat flour
Add in 1.5 cups nutritional yeast (high in B12, fat free and tastes like parmesan cheese)
I also added some garlic powder and turmeric.
Blend with dairy free milk and water until you have batter – not too thin.
Spread onto a baking tray and bake for approx 20 minutes or until golden.
Cut up with a pizza cutter and serve. We had ours with tofu garlic mayo
