I’m gonna be straight and admit that this latest Snoop Lion track, “Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,” is baffling. Who thought Miley’s long and pop star drags would work against an instance of a disjointed, unimaginably high Snoop? There’s very little sync in this pseudo-raggae song, even with Major Lazer on serious doctor duty. WHINE.
