Sinulog 2012

By Synzmemoir @synzmemoir
Sinulog 2012 Sinulog has always been the most awaited Festival here in Cebu. This is held on the 3rd Sunday of January. The festival features a street parade with participants in bright coloured costumes dancing to the rhythm of drums, trumpets and native gongs. The Sinulog celebration lasts for nine days, culminating on the final day with the Sinulog Grand Parade.
Sinulog 2012 Sinulog is the grandest celebration happening in Cebu. You can see street parties every corner. People all over Cebu and neighboring islands came to the City to celebrate. Some are devotees of our Sto. Niño, and some just came to party. ^_^

Carla with the dancers.

Next time you go here, make sure you wont miss the parade of dancers with colorful props. I was busy drinking booze that day that I almost forgot to watch these dancers.

By the way, don't forget to get your henna tattoo done. I got lucky, a friend of mine knows henna. I got this for FREE! ^_^

Anyway, anybody here knows Jay-R Siaboc? Yeah, the first runner-up winner of Pinoy Dream Academy.  Never expect to see him in our friend's house eating dinner.
