Curating Manchester's local music scene as DJ for Reform Radio and introducing bright artistic talent through Out In The Crowd, folk-pop charmer Liam McClair still found time to compose what can only be seen as his most refined work to date: 'Hunted' is of calm yet ardent melodic aura, accentuates the songsmith's soulful vocal tinge and displays his voice so alluringly rhythmic and strong in phrasing that it demands, captures its audience's attention well and truly; supported by enticingly harmonious guitar intonation (or emotionally dramatic piano serenades) and interwoven with delicate storytelling, Liam's new single strikes a chord with all who fall for the warm and haunting musical kind. And that should be quite a few.
