Today, we are supposed to share our birthstone color. My birthstone is aquamarine, a beautiful light blue stone. It's impossible to get the exact color as a polish, so I decided to hunt down a polish with the name Aquamarine.
I picked up Sinful Colors Aquamarine at Target for $1.99. It's a lovely blue creme with a great formula. It applied very easily. It's a bit on the thick side, but very manageable. I used Orly Nail Defense as a base, two coats of Aquamarine, and Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat. I also added two coats Glitterdaze April Rain as an accent for a more glassy look like an actual birthstone. It really reminds me of the stone itself.

Another look. I just love this ring and mani together!

I love this polish a lot!! It's such a beautiful shade of blue. April Rain is the perfect addition to this manicure.
What do you guys think of Aquamarine? What is your birthstone?
I'm looking forward to seeing everyone else's birthstone colors. Don't forget to check them out.
