The face oil comes in a very understated packaging. The bottle is placed inside a cardboard box. All the information comes printed on the box and the bottle as well. It comes with a flip cap and the opening is small yet appropriate which does not allow wastage. So far it has not leaked on me hence is travel friendly.
The oil is greenish yellow in color. It smells of herbs & flowers as claimed in the packaging. The smell is not strong & overpowering. In fact I love the smell. Instructions say that it should ideally be used for bath or washing the face which I have been following. This winter my skin turned dry and hence I loved this oil but the skin was not completely dry as the winters were not harsh here. This oil did a great job of moisturizing the skin for me. Using facial oils is gaining popularity around the world. Many use the Argan oil which is expensive & sometimes hard to find as well. This is an excellent & decent option as it is inexpensive plus has all the natural goodness hence it would not cause any reaction and side effects too.
Regarding the claims that the brand makes it lightens lips & dark circles used over a period of time. It also gives a nice glow to the skin when used. You can use a drop in your foundation/BB cream for a nice glow. It also lightens blemishes and discoloration/pigmentation on the skin. Over a period of time you will be able to tell the difference.Now how this works for me in summers I will have to see but in the winters I was truly satisfied with the product. If you have extremely oily skin I am not sure if it would work as oils are not generally meant for oily skin. There is not much I can criticize about the product.
