For this week's mani, I finally tried a look that has been on my "to do" list for a while. When I read this post from Susan, it reminded me that I'd seen manis where designs were sandwiched between layers of a jelly polish (I'm not sure where the idea originated). So I decided to do one of my own.

For this mani, the jelly polish I used was Sally Hansen Arm Candy. It's a sheer, light pink jelly. I then added purple, white and silver stripes with my striping brushes. Finally, I added another coat of Arm Candy, then topped it off with Seche Vite.I love this soft look and I'm looking forward to trying this technique with other jellies and designs.
