Throughout the day, the aim should be to keep it real. Its those opportunities that provide the greatest results. Letting the people be themselves, keeping them in the moment – capturing real connection and spontaneity.

Sophie & Allen’s Sherborne Castle Wedding was one wedding that shone through with a natural abundance of energy and laughter.

They had the desire to keep it real, limiting any portraits to the minimum.

Associate photographer Chris Gorman, was there to capture Sophie & Allen’s day, producing some great documentary wedding photography.

Both Bride and Groom were very animated and expressive, naturally themselves and having the party of their lives.

So many cracking images full of natural expression. Both in their love for one another, along with living in the moment. Their moment – no pretence, no performance or pose directly for the camera.

Being with friends and family was their priority, with just the briefest of moments given for a few portraits.

Its how they wanted it and how we love to work!
