She can take a few words and turn them into an incredibly touching and sensitive must read story. She has an amazing talent and full of surprise. After reading several of her books, I can see that she does not take a ‘stale’ idea and attempt to revive it into something new which only makes the same old story retold but with a slightly different voice.
Shannon creates brand new refreshing stories. Having these books in the unique serial set-up tempts the reader to collect each one so that not a single issue is missed. Each book is so original, although tied into a series, if one story is left unread, I believe the reader will be lost for a little while.
