Bollywood’s acclaimed superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, who has remained unfriendly for five years, finally ended their rivalry.
Sallu and SRK shook hands and hugged each other at Congress leader Baba Siddique’s Iftar party held at Bandra Taj Lands End on Sunday evening in Mumbai.
According to an eyewitness, “SRK and Salim Khan were sitting at the chief minister’s table when Baba Siddique along with Salman came from behind and tapped on his shoulder and told Salman is here. SRK got up and went up to Salman and hugged him. Both had broad smiles on their faces.”
Baba Siddique said: “It was nice to see the two of them greet each other at the Iftar. I hope they become friends for life now.”
Shah Rukh later tweeted: “Finally u realize turning the page is the best feeling in the world, becos there is so much more to the book than the page u were stuck on.”
