Here’s some new spacey – and slightly spooky sounds from the great Shafiq Husayn. If there’s one thing that Husayn ensures when you listen to his music, it’s that you WILL need to open your mind and be willing to take in new sounds. That’s exactly what he’s doing once again with this new track “Reincarnation”. This track may take some effort to get a hold of and digest, but to be quite honest, I dig it. Most of Husayn’s music is complex but that’s what makes it so great. The man is not a GRAMMY award winner for nothing. This track is likely part of a bigger project, but we’ll have to wait and see.
