Fashionable is not something I felt during my pregnancy with Sienna. I think it contributed to me not really feeling myself and not loving pregnancy. I felt like I had lost myself and none of my clothes fitted but I couldn't afford 'fashionable' maternity clothes. Next time round, I would love it to be different.
This Nursing Criss Cross Rollneck by Seraphine is exactly the key piece I needed about 9 months ago! Like all Seraphine pieces, it is fantastic quality and very well made so will last forever. It is very flattering and forgiving on a pregnancy bump no matter how many months gone you are. To be honest, I have been loving it and I am not even pregnant (promise!). It's great for days you feel bloated or just don't want anything tight around the tummy area.
Teamed with a tight tube skirt, tights and boots, it keeps the silhouette quite chic and streamline so I don't feel like it makes me look bigger than I am. I love this outfit so much it is the outfit I wore for Sienna's birthday.
The cross over feature is perfect if you are a breastfeeding mom or plan to breast feed. Again, it allows for plenty of room to get your baby comfortable and still conceal everything you need too. I have already got quite a bit of wear out of it and know it will get plenty more throughout my next pregnancy! It is a classic, key piece that can be styled many ways and I am hoping to get some more Seraphine pieces when I am pregnant.
