Self Defensive tricks for women to know!

Being a woman I know how it feels while walking down the streets alone at night time. I do have experienced the nervousness, dropping emotion and fearing someone is following us or a nightmare moving in the darkness. There's also the possibility of drastic heart rate increase in fear knowing that you're being followed or even attacked.

Well, it's time to think...if you're in some point of fight back or being followed, what will you do? Will you be able to fight back or just give up? Knowing certain self-defensive ways will actually help us escape from attack. The specific technique while the event happens' is to keep your mentality on will. Also, keep in mind that being aggressive while defending is crucial. Here are few self-defending tricks every woman must know.

If you identify a person as the threat before you, try moving aside. If his/her hands are on you, give a straight punch that will be effective.

Next, a push from the ball of foot and thrust of the hip or fist will maximize the pain. Just keep in mind that punching vulnerable areas like nose, eyes and throat will be effectual.

This technique seems similar to the previous one but shows the immediate effect on the opponent. This is one of the powerful direct kicks to the groin area.

To perform this, drive your hips onward with knee bent and heel back. Now extend your legs with force and attack the area (groin) with the top of your foot.

This trick suits all teenager and elderly women. If someone tries to grab you from the front or rear side, the first move you have to do is, wide up your elbows to pry the attackers arms away from your body.

There is also another method of defense: drop as low as possible and twist as much as you can to wiggle out of his hold. Giving a knee-strike or groin-strike or throwing the punch to face or elbow attack to eyes or choke hands will save you time to flee.

Hope these simple tricks help you out in some event.
