I love making treats around Easter time.  Do you remember my rice krispy eggs from last year?
Naturally, I took to Pinterest for a solution!

This stuff was yummy.  The perfect salty-sweet-crunchy combo.
Get it out of your house quickly.
You have been warned.

Ingredients
5 cups popped popcorn (I used my air-popper)
1 package white chocolate chips
1 package white chocolate M&Ms
1 package pretzel M&Ms (can be omitted... but I liked the extra crunch)
2 tbsp fat-free / sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Sprinkles

Directions
Pop popcorn and place in a large bowl. 
Melt white chocolate chips in microwave.
Once melted, add in the 2 tbsp cheesecake pudding mix, and mix until totally combined. 
Add 1/2 cup of chopped pecans and stir.
Add white chocolate mixture to popcorn bowl, as well as the M&Ms, and mix together with hands until popcorn is covered. 
Add sprinkles and mix gently.
Wait until everything has hardened, then serve and enjoy!
