Sautéed Plums with Thyme & Ginger

For the holidays this season BeLiteWeight highly recommends these Sauteed Plumbs with Thyme and Ginger as a nutritious yet delicious dessert. With just a few natural ingredients and a handful of steps it is sure to be a party pleaser for your friends and families this time of year!

Ingredients

1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp Grated Ginger, 1 Tbsp Lemon Joice

2 Lbs of 1/2 Wedge Plumbs

1 Tsp Thyme , 1 Tsp Sweetener, 1 Tsp Salt

Steps

  1. Heat Oil, Add plums and Thymes, Cook over Medium for 4 Minutes
  2. Sprinkle Sugar, and Salt. Add Ginger. Cook about 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from stove. Toss with lemon juice. Cool and serve!
