Samsung just announced at the Samsung Mobile Solutions Forum 2012 that it had begun producing mass eMMC 128GB capacity. eMMC 128GB capacity will be used in mobile phones in the future that seems to be increasingly require large memory capacity.
In addition to large capacity, it is said that it will have a storage transfer speeds up 140MB/per seconds and using JEDEC eMMC v4.5 specification. Like the other Pro eMMC, eMMC NAND will also use the display toggle DDR 2.0, prepared with 20 nanometer process technology class.
