You don’t have to be psychic to know that Samsung will most likely release a Mini version of its new flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S5, in the near future. However, we didn’t expect to see it so soon.
There are many rumors flying around and until Samsung speaks up, we won’t know anything for sure.
A ‘mysterious’ phone named the SM-G870 appeared on an Indian trade website Zauba and it looks like a smaller version of the Galaxy S5. This information wouldn’t come as a complete surprise, seeing that the Galaxy S4 Mini came only two months after the large version of the phone hit the market. According to Zauba, the price difference between the Galaxy S5 Mini and the Galaxy S5 is similar to that between the Galaxy S4 and the S4 Mini.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 is set for an April release (April 11, to be precise) and previous rumors state that the S5 Mini won’t be out until June. It’s also been rumored that the S5 Mini will come with a Super AMOLED display and Android 4.4 KitKat. Samsung has yet to confirm/deny anything.
