Samsung Build Plant Worth 1.9 Billion Dollars for Production of 20nm and 14nm Chip Exynos

Samsung reportedly ready to reach into his pocket for 1.9 billion dollars to create a new factory that will produce 20nm and 14nm processors Exynos starting next year. These processors will be more powerful than the chips used on the Samsung Galaxy S III is using 32nm technology. According to the president of Samsung Electronics System LSI Business, Stephen Woo, the plant should be built so that they can meet the demands of clients and the global IT industry. As an illustration, Gartner says that the chip business will grow about 20% between the years 2011-2016 with the business potential of 59.4 billion dollars.
