I love anything Sam Smith does. And he looks gorgeous in these super stylish photos in Vogue Magazine. Spring is here! (Even though I’m not sure it’s all that evident outside as London has been colder than usual for this time of year. Or maybe it’s just me. I want some warm sunny days!) Vogue magazine has pulled together some super stylish spring denim looks for their spring denim editorial.
Denim really has become the modern uniform. Many offices allow denim to be worn when paired up with a smart jacket or some sexy heels- even when it’s not casual Friday! Spring denim in Vogue is rich in colour, varying from deep navy to bear light gray. Double breasted jackets, paired with frills, statement buttons or even a denim jacket moulded into a corset shape (Burberry Prorsum below) all make super feminine and smart choices for the spring wardrobe. And it does not hurt to have arm candy like Sam Smith as your perfect accessory.
I remember growing up my denim jacket was the coolest thing in my wardrobe, or so I thought at least. I even sowed on a Union Jack on one shoulder in an attempt to be 80s cool (it was the 1980s). I still remember it. I was very proud. But this just goes to show how ageless denim is. Now I have my eye on the flowing Bottega Veneta dress (second to last photo below) but at over £3000.00…I think that’ll be on my wish list for a very long time…. lol.
