Rooms With A City View

By Vsudarsan

Continuing my mini-series on rooms with a view.. and in this blog post, I've a collection of rooms looking at metropolitan cities. I was not one bit surprised to find these break-taking rooms with a city view on a high-rise building. I think this style of dwelling is perfect for someone who does not have "Acrophobia", meaning - fear of heights! Well, I don't have this fear. How about you?

Any decor style will work in these spaces as long as city view remains as the focal point. In the rooms I've featured below, the tall windows are let as is and are not covered with drapes or blinds. I've also noticed minimal furniture and decor inside giving importance to the view outside. The interior designers have created a bright, airy, and open feel in spite of being surrounded by other tall buildings by letting light come in from all directions. Finally, even though, these homes lack backyards and front yards, I feel they have a ton of other features to offer. For me, staying close to sunrise, sunset, and the looking at night lights will make it a very special place to be.

I really hope you like this mini-series. I plan to add a collection of stunning rooms with no view next. Please check what I've curated on the ocean and forest views as well. I'm looking forward to your comments!
