The Rogue Trooper is what they call him. It beats Blue. The story continues on Nu Earth in the next installment of Rogue Trooper.

We continue with Rogue Trooper bringing back a soldier to his original team. That team should be capturing ol’ Blue but being halfway decent people, they took him in. Now it’s who the Rogue Trooper is to help out a fellow soldier and that is just what he does in this story. We get to see some more tail kicking action from the Super Trooper…but that was only the first wave. What’s in store for this crew next? We will have to wait and see.

I have to admit, I kind of like this character. It’s amazing the greatness that is out there if you just expand your horizon a bit. Now that I got a basic understanding of what the Rogue Trooper is and that all of his gear is basically his old team, the story was a nice read. It pays to start at the beginning! We got an all around solid story in Rogue Trooper #2. The story didn’t bounce around. It was focused, you knew exactly what was going on. It would be cool to see this adapted into an animated feature or series to really make it come alive.

Once again, I recommend you start reading this series while it is fresh so you don’t miss out on what could be one hell of a relaunch.
